With more than 20 years of work experience in accounting, finance, manufacturing, and global markets, Bev understands the issues and pressures employees face in a corporate work environment. She also understands the commitment and sacrifices it takes to work and raise a family while obtaining a college degree, or continuing education to improve life conditions.
During her corporate career, Bev enjoyed traveling globally and working closely with people from all over the world. Her management style was a ‘coach approach’ enabling her to uncover hidden talents in her teams.
Having had the wonderful adventures of an expat living in Switzerland and South Korea, Bev enjoyed the cultural diversity and learning about life in the world outside of the USA. While living in Seoul, Republic of Korea, she served as President for the American Women’s Club of Korea. During this time, she co-founded a coaching program that enabled Korean executives to enhance their English-speaking skills.
In her travels, Bev witnessed firsthand the hopes and dreams shared by our global fellow inhabitants. She learned that regardless of location, birthplace, or profession, each person desires to have the best life possible in family situation, work environment, and community.
